Technical Support Consultant

Join our expanding tech support team as a Technical Support Consultant specializing in smart devices. You will assist US clients with smart home technology, including voice assistants, security devices, and connected appliances. Your key responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues related to device setup, pairing, and functionality. You will assist users in syncing devices with mobile applications and networks, provide support and guidance for firmware updates, and offer product usage tips along with sharing best practices. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in English (verbal and written), a working knowledge of smart speakers, cameras, or home automation tools, and a minimum of one year of prior tech support experience. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Mohali, India with night shift hours to support US process. The salary is negotiable, and English language proficiency is preferred.
