Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to Adobe’s enterprise clients.
  • Troubleshoot issues in Windows/Mac environments.
  • Handle support via calls, email & chat (B2B Support).
  • Ensure timely resolution with professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Technical Graduate (B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc IT, etc.)
  • 2+ years of technical/enterprise support experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills (Windows/Mac)
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Knowledge of Adobe products preferred
