Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as part of a

  24x7 Service Desk team

  , ensuring timely response and resolution of customer queries.
• Handle issues across multiple channels including

  inbound/outbound calls, chat, email, and web portal (Omni-channel)

  .

• Triage and prioritize

  cases based on urgency and business impact.
• Log incidents, service requests, and all customer interactions in the

  case management system

  with accuracy.
• Research solutions using internal knowledge repositories and apply effective troubleshooting.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to

  drive issue resolution

  with urgency and accountability.
• Maintain high levels of

  customer satisfaction

  by assessing and addressing customer sentiment during interactions.

• Perform Windows and mac troubleshooting.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent

  verbal and written communication skills

  in English with a neutral accent.
• Strong

  customer service orientation

  with the ability to manage diverse workloads.
• Good knowledge of

  Active Directory, Cloud technologies, and Single Sign-On (SSO)

  (preferred).
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Prior experience working for Windows and Mac Troubleshooting, Desktop support experience.
