Job Description

As a Technical Support Consultant at Altera Digital Health, a member of the N. Harris Computer Corporation family, you will play a crucial role in delivering health IT solutions that support caregivers worldwide. Your responsibilities will include: - Diagnosing and resolving complex software problems related to system configuration/setup, product functionality, and bugs/enhancements. - Documenting issues and customer requests according to standard operating procedures and SLAs. - Explaining and demonstrating system issues to product development teams and conveying customer feedback effectively. - Troubleshooting and repairing production databases using a solid understanding of relational database concepts such as indexes, foreign keys, and triggers. - Communicating with product design teams to enhance current design and identify potential issues. - Writing and executing Structured Query Language (SQL) code against large databases. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualities: - Accountability and a strong desire to resolve complex issues with a focus on patient care impact. - Solid analytical, research, and time-management skills with great attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interactions with global development teams and clients. - Self-driven nature and ability to quickly learn in a demanding environment. - Strong customer support skills with the capability to handle escalated customer concerns effectively. Qualifications: Academic and Professional Qualifications: - MCA/Bachelor/MBA Finance or master's degree in commerce, Nursing, Pharmacy, Nursing Informatics, or a combination of equivalent skills and experience in information technology, clinical health care, or health care admissions and financials. Mandate Experience: - 2-4 years of relevant working experience in US accounting/General Finance or Healthcare. - Proficient level software support experience demonstrating troubleshooting/analytical skills. - Proficient level understanding of the software development life cycle. Working Arrangements: - Shift Timings: 6.30 PM - 3.30 AM IST (Fixed Shift) - Ability and willingness to work after-hours, on-call, and/or holidays.
