Desired Skill Sets

Programming Proficiency: C and Python (firmware development and scripting). JavaScript for web-based applications, dashboards.

Embedded Systems & Hardware: Hands-on experience with MCU/SBC platforms (ESP32, STM32, Raspberry Pi). Familiarity with GPIO, I2C, SPI, and UART interfaces

Networking Fundamentals: Understanding of OSI model, TCP/UDP, MQTT/HTTP protocols. Basics of TLS/PKI for secure communication.

Linux & Development Tools: Comfortable working in Linux environments, with Git and shell scripting. Structured debugging using logs; familiarity with tools such as oscilloscopes or logic analyzers is a plus.

Cloud & Data Handling: Exposure to Cloud IoT services (AWS IoT, Azure IoT). Knowledge of Docker for containerization. Experience with simple dashboards (Grafana, Plotly) and SQL databases.

Documentation & Best Practices: Strong documentation habits. Disciplined use of version control systems (Git). Desirable Skills

Security & Cryptography: Awareness of Post-Quantum Cryptography (e.g., Kyber, Dilithium). Knowledge of secure boot and certificate handling. Conceptual exposure to Quantum Key Distribution (QKD).

Mathematical Foundations: Understanding of linear algebra and probability.

Additional Technical Exposure: Awareness of SDR, LoRa, Modbus communication protocols. Basic knowledge of FPGA/Verilog design.

Integration of hardware boards for Quantum Technology based applications with above mentioned skill set.
