Hiring For Technical Support -Voice Job Description : As a Technical Support Specialist in our organization, your primary responsibility is to provide technical assistance and support Over Voice to our customers. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking help with technical issues related to our products or services. Requirements : Minimum 1 year Experience can apply Strong communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently. Knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, networking concepts, and common troubleshooting techniques. Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing work schedules as required. - Looking for Immediate Joiners only!! Responsibilities: -Providing step-by-step guidance and troubleshooting assistance to resolve technical problems. -Documenting customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system. -Collaborating with other departments such as engineering or product development to escalate complex issues or bugs. -Following up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved satisfactorily and providing additional assistance if needed. -Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
