Technical Support Associate

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Support Specialist with a B.Tech degree and 2 years of hands-on experience in technical support. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems via phone, email, and remote support.
• Customer Support: Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product features, technical specifications, and usage.
• Issue Documentation: Log, track, and manage incidents in the support ticketing system, ensuring proper documentation of issues and resolutions.
• Product Expertise: Stay updated on the latest product developments, software updates, and industry trends to provide the best support to customers.
• Escalation Handling: Identify complex issues that require escalation and collaborate with senior technical teams to ensure swift resolution.
• Knowledge Base Contribution: Create and update support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to assist customers and internal teams.
• Customer Training: Provide training and guidance to customers on best practices for using products effectively.
• Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and provide input to product development teams to enhance product features and performance.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software or IT services company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
