Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist in handling merchant integration queries and tracking progress with internal development teams.
Support in preparing and maintaining integration documentation, including setup guides, flowcharts, and business process overviews.
Help coordinate testing and go-live activities for merchant accounts and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.
Maintain records of merchant communications, feature requests, and issue resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow between support, development, and project management.
Provide administrative and operational support to ensure timely follow-ups and delivery of assigned tasks
