Technical Specialist

You are looking for candidates who can join on short notice, i.e less than a month. In this role, you will work closely with the Architects to understand and implement the proposed solution. You will collaborate with the Business Analyst to comprehend the functional requirements and work with the team to estimate the development effort based on the proposed solution. Your responsibility will include delivering business functionality quickly, efficiently, and to a high quality standard. Additionally, you will be expected to learn on the job and explore new technologies with little supervision. You will also play a key role in raising the productivity and quality of development teams by promoting agile practices and sharing skills through mentoring and/or pairing.
