Job Title: Technical Specialist Adsorbent Business

Location: Noida

Reporting To: Business Head – Adsorbent Division

Job Summary:

We are looking for a technically strong professional to support the Adsorbent Business in tenders, technical evaluations, and customer interactions. The candidate will provide in-depth technical knowledge for product selection, process advice, and site visits, ensuring our solutions meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance for preparing and reviewing tenders, ensuring specifications match customer process requirements.
• Support the sales and tender team with technical inputs, feasibility checks, and process recommendations.
• Participate in customer visits, plant audits, and technical discussions, providing expert advice on adsorbent applications.
• Analyze process data and suggest suitable adsorbent types and configurations for refineries, petrochemical units, and industrial plants.
• Prepare technical presentations, datasheets, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams for product trials, performance evaluation, and problem-solving.
• Stay updated with industry standards, competitor products, and technological advancements in adsorption and related processes.

Required Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of adsorbents (molecular sieves, activated alumina etc.) and their applications in dehydration, desulfurization, and gas drying.
• Understanding of refinery, petrochemical, and gas processing operations.
• Ability to interpret process diagrams, flow sheets, and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with adsorbent performance evaluation, troubleshooting, and operational constraints.
• Knowledge of tender specifications, commercial documentation, and client technical requirements.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for client and internal discussions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and technical reporting.
• Ability to travel for site visits, audits, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of technical experience in adsorbents, catalysts, or process engineering.
• Experience in tender support, client technical visits, or refinery/petrochemical projects preferred.
