Job Description

Develop and execute the product roadmap for the Play Store, focusing on search, discovery, and engagement with content.
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing teams to launch new products and scale operations.
Define and operationalize guidelines and frameworks for content classification, evaluation, and deployment.
Own the operationalization of product features, ensuring all necessary details are addressed from design to legal and operations processes.
Support the development and execution of the product roadmap for emerging programs, features, and products.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to determine requirements and roadmaps for launching and optimizing new programs, features, and products.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 8 years of experience in project/program management, consulting, or client-facing roles.
At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or a similar role working with products in an online commerce or content business.
Experience in the gaming space, focusing on mobile gaming consumers.
Strong leadership skills with a passion for games.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Ability to make smart tradeoffs and launch and iterate new product features for a user-facing commercial organization.
Experience designing, implementing, and managing product development and operationalization frameworks and methodologies.
Experience with prompt engineering and human computation.
Experience working with Product and Engineering teams.
Experience navigating organizations and collaborating with internal and external partners across multiple geographic locations.
