Job Description

As a Technical Services Manager in Institutional Sales, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Empanelment and Specification inclusion of the product in Govt Organisation, PMC, and Design Architects. - Building and nurturing relationships with Govt Organisation, PMC, and Design Architects. - Creating a Project Prospect bandwidth/Pipeline for various Infrastructure and Building projects for Specification Empanelment of products. - Identifying prospective clients, mapping their requirements, and conducting technical presentations for new customer acquisitions. - Identifying new business opportunities in the Segment of Construction, Product Gaps, and New Influencers for product penetration. - Promoting and including blended cement in key projects. - Creating opportunities for High contribution product in Key projects. - Providing solutions to customers through fine mix design. - Conducting mix-design trials for product approval across prospective customers and projects. - Securing product approvals at major project sites through trials at the site and at third-party labs. - Resolving and retaining customers through the optimization of concrete trials. - Resolving quality complaints effectively. Qualifications required for this role: - Education: M.Tech/B.Tech in Civil Engineering. - Experience: 10 to 15 years in a similar role. Please note that the position is based in Ranchi, Patna, and Kolkata.
