Technical Service Engineer - Security & Surveillance

You will be joining Security Shoppee, a reputable provider of advanced security and surveillance solutions for various sectors in India. Your role will involve assisting the Manager in providing customer support services for security surveillance systems across different sectors, handling installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment, offering field support and technical assistance, maintaining documentation, conducting customer training sessions, building strong relationships with clients, collecting feedback, and reporting on activities and requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Manager in handling PAN India Customer Support Services for security surveillance systems in Defence, MNCs, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, and Telecom sectors. - Handle installation, commissioning, operation, inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of security surveillance equipment. - Provide on-site field support and technical assistance to customers. - Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of service and installation activities. - Conduct customer training sessions on usage, maintenance, and safety. - Build strong customer relationships by offering timely and effective technical support. - Collect feedback from clients during field visits and share with product/management teams. - Report regularly on field activities, technical issues, and customer requirements. - Perform any other tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications: - Diploma/ Degree in Electronics/Technical background with 4-5 years of experience. - Experience in customer/technical support, project execution, and maintenance of surveillance equipment. - Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Hands-on expertise in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical/protective systems. - Client-facing skills to deliver support and manage relationships. - Willingness to travel PAN India for on-site services. - Experience in client training, seminars, and product demonstrations.,
