The role of CCTV Technician involves performing routine maintenance and servicing of CCTV systems at customer sites, diagnosing and repairing technical issues in surveillance equipment, as well as installing and configuring new CCTV systems when required. You will be responsible for ensuring system functionality, troubleshooting network connectivity issues related to CCTV, maintaining service records, and updating maintenance logs. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance. Knowledge of DVRs, NVRs, IP cameras, and related networking components is essential. You should be able to work independently, handle on-site customer interactions, and possess basic knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols. Owning a two-wheeler is preferred but optional. This is a full-time position offering a salary range of 16,000 - 22,000 per month, based on experience. In addition to the salary, the benefits include health insurance, Provident Fund, performance bonus, and yearly bonus. The work location is in person, and the job type is full-time with a day shift schedule.
