CCTV Technician

As a CCTV Technician, you will be responsible for the following: - Perform routine maintenance and servicing of CCTV systems at customer sites - Diagnose and repair technical issues in surveillance equipment - Install and configure new CCTV systems when required - Ensure system functionality and troubleshoot network connectivity issues related to CCTV - Maintain service records and update maintenance logs Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance - Knowledge of DVRs, NVRs, IP cameras, and related networking components - Ability to work independently and handle on-site customer interactions - Basic knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols - Ownership of a two-wheeler is preferred (optional, if applicable) The company, Helpmate, offers health insurance and Provident Fund benefits.
