- Supervise and manage execution of ELV projects (CCTV, Access Control, Networking, Fire Alarm, etc.).
- Should have knowledge of BOQ preparation of ELV services.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Oversee AMC contracts scheduling, team coordination, periodic visits, and reporting.
- Perform site visits, surveys, and technical evaluations as needed.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities (projects and AMC).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities during AMC visits or routine check-ins.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in ELV projects, technical sales, or system integration.
- Strong understanding of ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Fire Alarm, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage project execution and technical support.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
