Technical Sales Support Executive

As a Technical Sales Support Executive, your role will involve providing pre-sales technical assistance, services, and products education. You will be responsible for working on sales support services and providing technical and commercial backup as required. Additionally, you will support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to generate and process new sales leads, inquiries, and purchase orders. Your duties will include answering emails, phone calls, and chats from customers, addressing their queries, and following up with them to ensure satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education - Work on sales support services and provide technical and commercial backup - Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other events - Generate and process new sales leads, inquiries, and purchase orders - Address customer queries via email, phone calls, and chats - Ensure customer satisfaction by following up and resolving any issues - Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities - Engage with customers effectively and provide hands-on support for customer care initiatives Qualification Required: - Any UG Graduation (Electronics & Communication / Electrical / Electronic degree is preferred) Additional Company Details: This role offers a salary range of 2.28 LPA to 3 LPA, depending on the interview. The working hours are from 9 am to 6.15 pm and 10.45 am to 8.00 pm, with alternate Saturdays off. You will receive benefits such as 2 lakh insurance and other monthly and quarterly rewards based on performance. Life insurance is also provided as a benefit. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position suitable for both freshers and candidates with 0-3 years of experience. Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.
