Job Description: As a Technical Sales Support team member, you will need to demonstrate various skills such as being a people's person, time-oriented, possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills, basic math skills, basic computer literacy, and the ability to handle customer relations, complaints, crisis management, and administrative tasks.
