Technical Sales Support Executive

As a Technical Sales Support Executive, you will be part of a dynamic team, engaging with customers to understand their needs and demonstrating how our solutions can address real-world challenges. Your role involves collaborating with sales and product teams to deliver tailored product demonstrations, conducting engaging demos for prospective clients, and supporting the pre-sales lifecycle from technical qualification to proof of concept setup. You will be responsible for translating complex technical features into clear business value, participating in RFP responses, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product capabilities and competitor landscape. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and confidence in presenting to clients. Your analytical thinking and customer-first mindset will be key in collecting feedback during customer interactions and conveying insights to the product and engineering teams. Additionally, your ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while staying abreast of emerging technologies like SaaS, Cloud, and AI will be crucial. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience along with an MBA (Marketing/Strategy/Technology Management preferred) and a B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or a related field. Prior experience in pre-sales, customer success, or product management, as well as familiarity with tools like Salesforce and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, will be advantageous. Your proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and demo environments, coupled with your curiosity about modern web applications, will contribute to your success in this role.,
