Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Specialist, located in Nashik. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, engaging with clients, and delivering technical sales presentations. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, providing technical support, maintaining positive client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will also be expected to gather feedback to improve service offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales strategies to effectively drive results
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients and present technical information
• Experience in Technical Support for addressing customer concerns and resolving technical issues
• Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively with the team and adapt to a dynamic sales environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the industrial machinery or equipment industry is an advantage
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
