Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Specialist located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing technical sales processes, building client relationships, offering technical support, and achieving sales targets. This role involves client presentations, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Technical Sales and Sales strategies
• Strong Communication skills to effectively convey technical information and build client relationships
• Experience in providing Technical Support for industrial machines and assets
• Customer Service skills to maintain and enhance client satisfaction
• Proficiency in identifying and addressing client needs and market opportunities
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with technical reports and data
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the industrial equipment or re-commerce industry is advantageous
