Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Meet Individual House Builders (IHBs), Masons, Contractors, and Engineers daily in the assigned region to achieve monthly sales targets for TMT bars.
• Enroll influencers (Engineers, Masons, Contractors, IHBs) into the companys CRM system and maintain accurate records.
• Execute the assigned Pre-Journey Plan (PJP) with a minimum of 8 unique visits per day.
• Update visit reports and lead status regularly in the CRM.
• Organize and conduct local influencer meets (Masons, Engineers,Contractors, Architects) to promote brand awareness.
• Build and maintain strong market relationships to generate new business opportunities.
• Collect and share market intelligence and competitor updates with the reporting manager.
• Ensure timely reporting and adherence to all company sales processes and compliance norms.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: Minimum 4 years in Technical Sales/Technical Services / Secondary Sales/Technical Marketing in Building Material industry in Haryana (preferably Grey Cement Or TMT) & Conversion, preferably in TMT Bars, Cement, or Building Materials.

• Qualification:

  Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

• Skills

  : Strong communication, networking, and negotiation abilities.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (travel reimbursement as per company policy).
• Good understanding of local markets in Haryana and influencer network (IHBs,contractors, masons, engineers).
