Job Description

As a Software Sales Manager at our fast-growing HR Tech company based in Delhi NCR, you will be responsible for leading B2B sales initiatives for our cutting-edge solutions in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce management. Your primary focus will be on driving new business acquisition and revenue growth by targeting mid to large enterprises in the region. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging key decision-makers such as HR Heads, CHROs, and CIOs through strategic outreach and relationship-building. Your ability to effectively present and demonstrate our HR Tech products to prospective clients, emphasizing business value and ROI, will be crucial in achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure will be a key part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs will be essential. Additionally, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, updating CRM systems regularly, and attending HR tech events, conferences, and client meetings as needed are also part of the role. The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) along with 5 to 10 years of proven experience in software/technology sales. Experience in HR Tech or SaaS sales is strongly preferred. You should possess a solid understanding of the enterprise sales process and B2B buying behavior, coupled with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Being self-motivated with a strategic mindset and the ability to work independently will be beneficial. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and sales automation platforms is desirable. You should be based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate to the area to be considered for this role.
