Required Skills & Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). · 5 to 10 years of proven experience in software/technology sales; HR Tech or SaaS sales experience is strongly preferred . · Solid understanding of the enterprise sales process and B2B buying behavior. · Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. · Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and the ability to work independently. · Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and sales automation platforms. · Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR .
