What You'll Do

• Win 5+ new ₹1 Cr+ annual OEM accounts in your first year.
• Build and manage a strong, multi-vertical sales pipeline (4–6× weighted).
• Lead solution selling from DFM, PCBA, box-build, to supply chain orchestration. Price for robust margins.
• Expand accounts across product lines and business units.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with pre-sales, engineering, marketing, and transition wins cleanly to delivery.
• Seed a pod (yourself + junior + pre-sales/marketing) for sustainable growth.

Is this for you?

• EMS/Electronics background (PCBA/box-build/components); deep solution sales experience.
• Demonstrable pipeline creation and new logo closures — not only KAM/account management.
• Experience: 8–15 years (7+ for exceptional hunters).
• Must cover at least two verticals: Automotive, Medical, Industrial (IoT/Telematics), or Consumer.
• Technical depth (engineering degree preferred), able to qualify feasibility (80/20 mindset).
• Direct sales (not channel), pan-India focus.
• Location: Mumbai (accepted) or Bengaluru (preferred).
• Thrive in high-autonomy, low-hierarchy settings. Diversity welcome; merit comes first.

Reporting & Rewards

• Report to BU Head/CRO.
• Start as an individual contributor; add 1 junior and collaborate widely.
• Salary: 25-30 L fixed plus aggressive variable, tied to ambitious targets.
