Job Description

Qualifications • Minimum 5-10 Year Experience in MachineTool Industries. • B.E. Mechanical + M.B.A Preferred. Responsibilities: • Procurement of sales order. • Management of customer relations and customer support in the defined sales area. • Supply of MIS data. • Responsibility to ensure smooth order execution • Responsibility for marketing related functions such as exhibitions, seminars, etc. • Coordination with Application Engineers and Product Managers to serve customers. • To generate white papers for our products ( Special Product Features, Competitive advantages, USPS, FAQS) • To take a lead to arrange demonstrations of such products as and when needed. • To create a comprehensive data base for the current and potential users of our products throughout India. • To take periodical feedbacks of the product performance at customer end through service team for constant product improvement.
