Technical Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically sound Sales Executive to drive sales of our RMC products. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads for Ready Mix Concrete sales.
• Conduct site visits and technical discussions with clients (builders, contractors, architects, etc.).
• Prepare and present proposals/quotations.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare reports.

Requirements:

• B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering required.
• 2+ years experience in technical sales, preferably in RMC or construction materials.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
