TECHNICAL SALES EXECUTIVE

Role Overview: As a Technical Sales Executive at our company in Ahmedabad, your primary responsibility will be to identify potential customers and key decision-makers, prepare efficient travel plans, and ensure the productivity of yourself and the team. You will be expected to understand customer applications, build sales pitches based on their needs, make initial sales opening calls, and present the company's core competencies to prospects. Additionally, you will implement the sales process, maintain data and MIS in the CRM, prepare offers based on the BOM, and follow up on pending appointments, quotations, and collections. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential customers and key decision-makers - Prepare efficient travel plans - Understand customer applications and build sales pitches - Make initial sales opening calls and present core competencies - Implement the sales process and maintain data in the CRM - Prepare offers based on the BOM and submit them timely - Follow up on pending appointments, quotations, and collections - Participate in events, shows, and exhibitions to generate leads - Learn about the technical-commercial aspects of the product - Maintain relationships with existing clients and collect testimonials - Request references from existing clients - Meet customers at critical timelines to maintain relationships - Follow company policies and stay updated with Gov Subsidy schemes Qualifications Required: - Education: Diploma/BE in Electrical - Experience: Minimum 2 years (relevant experience preferred), fresher with resilience also considered - Skills: Technical skills, drawing understanding, IT skills in CRM, TMS, Office, managerial skills in coordination, negotiation, influencing, objection handling, relationship management, and failure management - Other: Willingness to travel as required (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
