Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer at our company in Rajkot, your primary responsibility will be to serve as a dedicated representative, enhancing our company's presence in the assigned area. You will be tasked with delivering exceptional customer support and technical services during field visits. A key aspect of your role will involve diagnosing technical issues and identifying appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Your duties will also include overseeing on-site activities such as installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair tasks. It will be essential for you to understand customer requirements thoroughly and provide suitable briefings or recommendations accordingly. Regularly generating detailed service reports, documenting processes, and efficiently scheduling workflow will be crucial aspects of your job. To excel in this role, you must possess a degree or diploma in mechanical engineering along with a valid driving license. While a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred, freshers with resilience are also encouraged to apply. Proficiency in technical skills, knowledge of measuring instruments, and prior experience in machine field service are essential requirements. Additionally, familiarity with TMS (Transportation Management System) will be advantageous.
