Field Service Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for performing field service, maintenance, and repair of excavators and related equipment. Your role will involve diagnosing and troubleshooting hydraulic systems and mechanical issues, as well as providing service support for commercial vehicles when required. Ensuring timely and efficient service delivery at customer sites and maintaining accurate service records and reports will be crucial aspects of your job. You are expected to work independently in the field, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: - Perform field service, maintenance, and repair of excavators and related equipment - Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic systems and mechanical issues - Provide service support for commercial vehicles when required - Ensure timely and efficient service delivery at customer sites - Maintain accurate service records and reports - Work independently in the field with strong problem-solving skills Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year experience in excavator field service or commercial vehicle maintenance (preferred) - Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems - Must own a two-wheeler for field mobility - Willingness to work in the field and travel as required - Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or equivalent (preferred) Additional Company Details: The company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, flexible schedule, food provided, internet reimbursement, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
