Technical Sales Executive

As a Technical Sales Trainee at Metguard, a fast-growing startup specializing in advanced corrosion protection solutions for industrial metal structures, your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Visit factories to introduce Metguard products through detailed technical presentations. - Address technical queries and ensure effective knowledge transfer to clients. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and bulk orders. - Drive sales performance by achieving set targets. - Engage in negotiations and successfully close deals. To qualify for this role, you should possess: - A Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/BE) in Metallurgy, Civil, Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. - A preference is given to candidates with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). Additionally, you should exhibit the following skills and competencies: - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Sound technical knowledge of industrial coatings/painting processes. - Willingness to travel to client sites and confidently interact with customers. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and relationship-focused mindset.
