Technical Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Understand technical aspects of packaging products and provide product demonstrations to clients Manage sales inquiries, conduct follow-ups, and build long-term customer relationships Visit potential clients (retailers, distributors, manufacturers) in assigned areas Collaborate with internal teams for order processing and after-sales support Report daily activities and client feedback to the sales manager Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Ideal Candidate Profile: Energetic and self-motivated with strong communication and negotiation skills Technical understanding of packaging machinery or materials is a plus Willing to travel locally and work in a semi-field/hybrid setup Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Benefits: Competitive fixed salary + performance incentives Exposure to growing packaging sectors across food, beverages, and stationery Opportunity to grow into senior sales/technical roles
