Technical Sales Engineer

As a Senior Engineer in the Application & Engineering department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team and customers. Your key tasks will include conducting technical presentations, demonstrating product features, and explaining the benefits of our products to potential customers. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma Degree. You must possess relevant product knowledge, excellent technical presentation skills, and proven experience in technical sales and product demonstration roles. Additionally, strong verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients. Your primary responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with the sales product team to drive product adoption and sales success. You will address technical queries during demonstrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and keep the management informed about product promotional activities. Furthermore, you will engage with various sales channels such as OEMs, End Users, and distributors to promote product adoption over competitors.
