Technical Sales Engineer (Networking)

Engage with customers and prospects during the pre-sales process to understand their technical requirements. Work closely with sales account managers to develop and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and other technical content. Serve as a technical expert on company products and solutions, providing guidance and support to customers and prospects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Collecting customer requirements and identifying potential clients. Consulting with customers to determine their needs and preferences to help them select the right products or services for their needs. Preparing proposals for new projects and negotiating prices with clients. Conducting feasibility analysis and tests to determine if products or services meet quality standards and SLA. Required Skill and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. CCNA/CCNP certifications are preferred. Ability to understand complex technical problems and explain solutions in simple terms.
