Your technical acumen should include a solid understanding of industrial automation concepts, control systems, electrical distribution, and motor control. Proficiency in PLC programming basics, SCADA systems, and industrial communication protocols will be beneficial. Strong communication skills in English and Tamil, excellent presentation abilities, and effective negotiation skills are essential for this role.
