Technical Sales Coordinator

This is a Pre-Sales Support position responsible for coordinating the preparation of techno-commercial

quotations and ensuring timely, accurate, and technically sound responses to sales team inquiries.

You will act as a bridge between the sales and quotation teams — interpreting inquiries received from Sales team, providing technical and commercial guidance to Quotation team, and ensuring proposals meet both commercial and technical expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

 Review inquiries shared by the sales team and guide the quotation team in preparing appropriate offers.

 Ensure accuracy and completeness of techno-commercial proposals before submission to the sales team.

 Maintain in-depth technical knowledge of the product portfolio to provide valuable inputs during quotation preparation.

 Coordinate with foreign principals/manufacturers for price quotations, technical clarifications, and customized solution discussions.

 Evaluate and fill URS (User Requirement Specification) sheets received from customers and align them with suitable product configurations for quotations.

 Prepare and maintain technical specification sheets, comparison charts, system drawings and related documentation.

 Collaborate with Product Managers / Product Experts for complex or customized solutions as needed.

 Monitor and track the inquiry status, revisions, and submission timelines.

 Ensure proper document control and record-keeping of all offers and correspondences.

 Support the sales team in technical presentations or proposal clarifications, when required
