Technical Sales Co-ordinator

As an Assistant, your role will involve supporting the sales team in various tasks to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations. - Handling incoming sales inquiries and providing relevant information to customers. - Coordinating with sales representatives to ensure accurate and timely order processing. - Updating and maintaining the CRM system with customer data, leads, and sales activity. - Processing and tracking customer orders, ensuring accurate details are entered into the system. - Collaborating with inventory, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely product or service delivery. - Following up on order fulfillment to ensure customers receive their products on time. - Preparing and maintaining sales-related documentation such as sales reports, invoices, and contracts. - Generating regular reports on sales performance, order status, and customer feedback. - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and contracts. - Building client rapport to enhance customer relationships. Desired Qualifications: - Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering Desired Experience: - 3-5 years of relevant experience The company is located in Surat, Gujarat.
