Job Description

You will be joining RoboFoxy, the latest venture by Foxiom, a company set to revolutionize the IT industry with innovative solutions combining advanced technology and creativity. Robofoxy Automations Pvt Ltd, a leading home automation company in Kerala, is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Technical Sales and Project Coordinator to drive sales in residential automation projects, manage project lifecycles, and lead the team to ensure successful project delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for residential automation projects. - Engage and consult with clients to understand their automation needs, provide product knowledge, and offer suitable solutions. - Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients. - Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners to build a strong sales pipeline. - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. - Manage project timelines, resources, and team assignments, coordinating with technical teams to achieve project milestones. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle, providing updates and addressing any concerns. - Conduct post-project reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. - Lead and manage a team of technicians and support staff, ensuring effective communication, training, and development. - Schedule and oversee team activities, ensuring project goals are met and quality standards maintained. - Resolve team issues and foster a collaborative and productive work environment. - Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and solutions. - Identify upsell opportunities and renewals, working to foster long-term client relationships. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in sales and project management, ideally within the automation or related industry. - Demonstrated success in sales, client management, and project delivery. - Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
