Sourcing and Screening: • Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job boards, to identify and attract qualified candidates. • Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates' suitability for open positions. ATS Management: • Proficiently use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage the recruitment process, from initial application to offer stage. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the ATS. Candidate Experience: • Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Respond promptly to candidate inquiries and keep them informed of the status of their application. Employer Branding: • Contribute to building and maintaining a strong employer brand. • Promote Grizmo Labs as an attractive place to work through various channels.
