Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, identifying and hiring top technical talent, and developing effective recruiting strategies. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. Additionally, strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
