Job Summary:

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and screen potential candidates for IT roles in the US market.
• Conduct thorough interviews, evaluate candidates’ qualifications, and assess cultural fit.
• Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build targeted recruitment strategies.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles.
• Conduct end-to-end sourcing and candidate engagement on LinkedIn, with a focus on finding niche, hard-to-find talent.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced search techniques, and other creative sourcing methods to target specialized profiles.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the hiring process runs smoothly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record in sourcing on LinkedIn (end-to-end).
• Hands-on experience working on niche, specialized profiles within the IT sector (e.g., cloud architects, data engineers, security experts, etc.).
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn's advanced search features, and other LinkedIn tools for talent sourcing.
• Strong understanding of the US IT job market and technical roles such as software development, cloud computing, data analysis, cybersecurity, etc.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with ATS, MS Office, and other recruitment tools.
