About the Role

UK Technical Recruiter

This is a dynamic, full-cycle recruitment role ideal for someone who understands the UK market and is passionate about technical hiring.


Location: WFO in Kochi

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2–5 years in UK Technical Recruitment


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Candidate Management

  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other portals using Sales Navigator and InMail.
  • Conduct resume reviews, initial screenings, and technical interviews.
  • Share JDs and company profiles with shortlisted candidates and prepare them for interviews.
  • Maintain and update databases.
  • Follow up with candidates on interview progress and employer communications.
  • Collect updated resumes, review with team, and update Zoho Recruit and OneDrive databases.

Client Coordination

  • Follow up with existing UK clients to understand requirements (roles, level, number of vacancies).
  • Send Terms & Conditions and sign contracts.
  • Share shortlisted resumes with clients, including key details like visa status, driving license, etc.
  • Relay feedback between clients and candidates.
  • Schedule Teams meetings based on interest and manage client communications.

Outreach & Lead Generation

  • Conduct

    mass email campaigns

    to relevant contacts.
  • Filter and target the right companies using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and categorized DB sheets.
  • Perform cold calling from UK company databases (e.g., manufacturers, automation firms).

Web Portal & Lead Identification

  • Identify company requirements through job portals and outreach.
  • Schedule Teams meetings after positive responses from web or LinkedIn outreach.

Internal Coordination

  • Work with the admissions team to evaluate job readiness of candidates post-training.
  • Provide training feedback and interview summaries.
  • Generate training coupon codes and guide candidates with resume improvement sessions.
  • Conduct regular reviews of resumes with the internal recruitment lead

Pre-requisites / Tools & Systems

  • Proficiency in:
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Outlook, Thunderbird, and Mail Merge

  • Zoho Recruit

  • Familiarity with UK recruitment practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience recruiting in the fields of automation, manufacturing, or engineering for UK clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organization and follow-up abilities.
