End-to-end recruitment for
C2H IT positions
across various technologies.
Work closely with hiring managers or client SPOCs to understand job requirements, priorities, and timelines.
Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals (Naukri, Monster, Dice, etc.), social media (LinkedIn), internal databases, and referrals.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, negotiate salary/rates, and manage candidate expectations.
Track and manage candidate pipelines and maintain up-to-date records in the recruitment system (ATS or Excel).
Follow up with candidates post-interview to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients for future hiring needs.
Keep up-to-date with market trends in IT and talent acquisition strategies.
