Your duties will include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to understand their needs. You will manage the recruitment process from start to finish. To excel in this role, you must have proven experience as a technical recruiter and experience working with Prime vendor clients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools is required. Preferred skills for this position include experience with W2 candidate sourcing and knowledge of the tech industry and its trends.
