Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screening calls with candidates to assess their technical skills and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidate pools.
  • Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining accurate records of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant tools.
  • Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-5 years of experience in IT Recruitment or Technical Recruitment.
  • MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer generation, etc.
