Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Conduct initial screening calls with candidates to assess their technical skills and fit for the role.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidate pools.
Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining accurate records of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant tools.
Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-5 years of experience in IT Recruitment or Technical Recruitment.
MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer generation, etc.
