Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, particularly in

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience as a

  Technical Recruiter

• Strong understanding of various IT technologies and job roles.
