Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding. Source candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and referrals. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create recruitment strategies. Screen candidates for technical skills and cultural fit through resume reviews and interviews. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions. Stay updated on technical trends, tools, and terminologies to assess candidates effectively. Track recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and sourcing effectiveness to optimize processes. Assist in salary negotiations and provide a seamless onboarding experience for candidates. Required Skills and Qualifications 1-5 years of experience in technical recruitment. Familiarity with technical tools, frameworks, and IT terminologies. Proficiency in using ATS, other job posting sites Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to assess technical competencies and cultural fit. Bachelors degree in HR, IT, or a related field is preferred.
