Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and recruit top IT talent through various job portals. Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build talent pipelines. Conduct technical screening and assess candidates skills and cultural fit. Maintain and update candidate records in ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Work in a night shift to support US-based clients. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in technical recruitment (IT, Engineering, Software, etc.). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Hands-on experience with ATS, job portals, and LinkedIn Recruiter. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
