Role: Technical Recruiter (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in the US and Canada markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends, hiring practices, and technology landscapes across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for technical positions across various domains.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Work closely with clients and account managers to understand specific job requirements and hiring priorities.
• Handle multiple employment types, including W2, 1099, T4, and C2C engagements.
• Utilize various recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media to identify and engage top talent.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and communication records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and talent market dynamics to effectively match candidates to client needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter supporting the US and/or Canadian markets.
• Strong knowledge of visa classifications, payroll structures, and compliance (W2, 1099, T4, C2C).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools, job boards, and professional networks (LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, etc.).

Pay: ₹11,805.79 - ₹43,797.03 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
