Role: Technical Recruiter (Remote) We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in the US and Canada markets . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends, hiring practices, and technology landscapes across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and qualify candidates for technical positions across various domains. Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. Work closely with clients and account managers to understand specific job requirements and hiring priorities. Handle multiple employment types, including W2, 1099, T4, and C2C engagements. Utilize various recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media to identify and engage top talent. Maintain accurate candidate data and communication records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and talent market dynamics to effectively match candidates to client needs. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter supporting the US and/or Canadian markets. Strong knowledge of visa classifications, payroll structures, and compliance (W2, 1099, T4, C2C). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision. Proficiency with sourcing tools, job boards, and professional networks (LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, etc.).
